Unable to see.
Unable to know.
Needing to trust
so you can grow.
Unable to leave.
Unable to stay.
Hoping that you’ll
see your purpose be fulfilled someday.
Desiring a “Yes!”
Praying that there’ll be a blessing
in all of your distress.
I’ve been there.
My mind’s tried to go back a time or too.
So, that’s why I know what I’m saying is true.
You don’t have to see to know that your God is great.
You don’t have to know to be certain that his will shall be done.
You don’t have to stay in the front to know that He is behind.
You don’t have to worry about if you’re past will define you.
All you have to do is leave the past behind.
Some may say believing in God isn’t smart,
but it is the wisest thing you can do if you ask me.
It allows you to take the burdens off your shoulders
and pass them over to God who’s saying, “Give it all to me.”
So, trust the Savior.
Let him ease your heart and put a smile back on your face
because there’s nothing better than the power of blind faith.
